By Air

Those traveling by air should book travel in to the Jackson-Medgar Wiley Evers International Airport (JAN). Travel time from airport to Expo location and Starting Line is approximately 35-45 minutes by car. Limited taxi service is available in addition to onsite car rental services

By Ground

Jackson, MS is located in the central part of the state at the intersection of Interstate 55 (north/south) and Interstate 20 (east/west). While some local bus service is available, rental cars or personal vehicles are the recommended mode of transportation if you are staying beyond walking distance of the Expo location and Starting Line.

Greyhound Bus Lines serves the area via Union Station at the corner of Capital and Mill streets in downtown Jackson. The station is within walking distance of the Expo, Starting Line and a number of downtown hotels.

Megabus also provides city-to-city transportation from the arrival/departure location at 213 N. Lamar Street near the intersection of N. Lamar St. and E. Amite St.

By Rail

Amtrak provides rail service to Union Station in downtown Jackson on the City of New Orleans line that runs between Chicago and New Orleans. Union Station is located within walking distance of the Expo, Starting Line and a number of downtown hotels.
